Phosphor-cooper brazing is a material with the binary alloy of cooper-phosphors base, which has good mobility and processing property.
It applies to contact welding, gas flame welding, HF brazing and some furnace welding.
Silver brazing material is a structure alloy based on silver or silver-base solid solution. With good processing property, low melting point, good wetting ability and gap filling ability, intensive joint, good plasticity and electrical conductivity and good corrosion resistance.
Easy flow, good wettability and rust resistant.
Good crack resistance and versatility.
With higher melting point, can braze low carbon steel, cast irons, nickel alloys, hard alloy knives,etc. When brazing, it need to be used with 301 brazing flux, the soldered fitting has higher intensity and better plasticity.
Assisting heat conduction, clearing theoxide on the surface of parent materials and brazing materials, reducing the surface tension of soldered materials, clearing oil stain on the surface of soldered materials, enlarging brazing area, avoiding re-oxidation, etc.
