Silver Brazing Alloy

Sanhuan  silver-copper-phosphorus brazing alloy is a low-temperature alloy with excellent flowability and wettability, suitable for brazing similar or dissimilar metals. It provides high joint strength and good toughness, making it a suitable substitute for certain high-silver brazing alloys. By adding silver (Ag) to the copper-phosphorus alloy, the melting point is reduced, and the ductility, strength, toughness, and wettability on copper are significantly improved.

Silver brazing alloys are composed of silver or silver-based solid solution alloy structures. Sanhuan silver-copper-zinc brazing alloys offer excellent processing performance, a moderate melting point, good wettability, and strong gap-filling capabilities. They produce joints with high strength, good ductility, excellent conductivity, and corrosion resistance. These alloys are suitable for brazing all ferrous and non-ferrous metals except aluminum, magnesium, and other low-melting-point metals.

Sanhuan silver-copper-zinc-tin brazing alloy (cadmium-free, low-temperature silver-based brazing alloy) incorporates tin (Sn) into the silver-copper-zinc alloy, reducing the melting point and enhancing ductility. It features a low melting point, excellent wettability, and gap-filling capabilities. The brazed joint has a smooth surface and high strength, making it suitable for materials requiring low brazing temperatures. Additionally, it ensures no cadmium vapor contamination during brazing.

Sanhuan silver-copper-zinc-indium brazing alloy incorporates indium (In) into the silver-copper-zinc alloy, significantly lowering the melting point of the brazing alloy. It enhances the wettability and flowability while providing excellent gap-filling capabilities.

Silver brazing material with cadmium(Cd)(non environmental) is one of the materials of lowest melting point among silver brazing materials. It has good wetting ability and gap filling ability.
Besides, it has bright and clean brazing seam surface and high intensive joint, and applies to brazing copper & copper alloys, steel & stainless steel that require low brazing temperature.

High-silver brazing alloys exhibit excellent processing performance, low melting points, good wettability, and the ability to fill gaps effectively. They provide joints with high strength, good ductility, excellent conductivity, and corrosion resistance. These alloys are suitable for all ferrous and non-ferrous metals except low-melting-point metals such as aluminum and magnesium.
