Phosphor-Copper-Tin Brazing Alloys
Sanhuan phosphor-copper-tin brazing alloy has a black color, a low melting point, and good brittleness. It exhibits excellent wettability, flowability, spreadability, and gap-filling capabilities. By adding an appropriate amount of tin (Sn) to the phosphor-copper alloy, the melting point is reduced, and flowability and wettability are improved, which also results in the brazing alloy’s black color.
