Brazing Flux

Sanhuan’s brazing flux plays a critical role in assisting heat conduction, removing oxides from the surfaces of base materials and brazing alloys, reducing surface tension of the welded materials, removing surface grease from the base materials, increasing the welding area, and preventing re-oxidation. Flux can be classified into solid (paste), liquid, and gaseous forms. The Sanhuan technical team can provide customized flux solutions tailored to the specific needs and applications of customers.

Product Number Related Standard Chemical Composition(%) Status Characteristics Zn
SFB-101 GB/T:Flux 101
FBF₄: 38-71
H₃BO₃: 30-31
Powder Melting point is approximately 500°C,with strong hygroscopicity. It effectively removes various metal oxides and promotes the flow of brazing alloys. After brazing, clean the brazed area with a 15% citric acid aqueous solution to prevent corrosion. Used with silver brazing alloys in the temperature range of 550~850°C, it is suitable for brazing copper and copper alloys, steel, and stainless steel.
SFB-102 GB/T:Flux 102 B₂O₃: 33-37
KBF₄: 21-25
KF: 40-44

In the temperature range of 600~850°C, it is used with silver brazing alloys for brazing copper and copper alloys, steel, and stainless steel.
SFB-204 Eutectic powder KF-AlF₃
Powder Non-corrosive flux, no cleaning required after brazing,
with an active temperature range of 560-620℃.
Suitable for gas-shielded brazing of aluminum and aluminum alloys.
SFB-207 Flux 207 KCl: 43.5-47.5 NaCl: 18-22
LiCl: 25.5-29.5 ZnCl₂: 1.5-2.5
LiF: 25-4 CaF₂: 1.5-2.5
Powder Melting point is approximately 500°C, highly hygroscopic, nearly neutral, with better corrosion resistance compared to Flux 201. It effectively breaks oxide films, has strong wettability, excellent fluidity, and produces smooth brazed seams. Used in the temperature range of 560~620°C for brazing aluminum and aluminum alloys.
Suitable for flame brazing and furnace brazing.
